How To Use The Zenless Zone Zero Signal Search

The Zenless Zone Zero Signal Search is the gacha system of the game. Players spend currency to enter a draw from which they receive all sorts of rewards. The Signal Search is the main way to obtain Agents, Bangboos, and W-Engines. Players send signals through channels. Sending a signal costs currency depending on the searched channel. The rewards are channel-specific and reliant on the drop rate and pity system. Let’s see the different channels, how you can search them, and the prizes they yield.

Zenless Zone Zero Signal Search Stable Channels

We call these the Stable Channels because they are available at all times. The Star-Studded Cast channel gives Agents and W-Engines. An Outstanding Partner channel gives Bangboos.

Zenless Zone Zero Star-Studded Cast Channel

Star-Studded Cast Channel Drop Rates

• A 5-star search has a 0.3% chance of netting an S-rank Agent and a 0.3% chance of netting an S-rank W-Engine.
• A 4-star search has a 4.7% chance of netting an A-rank Agent and a 4.7% chance of netting an A-rank W-Engine.
• A 3-star search has a 94.3% chance of netting a B-rank W-Engine.

Star-Studded Cast Channel Pity System

• After the first 50 searches, you receive an S-rank Agent.
• For every 10 searches, you receive a B-rank item.
• After 75 searches, the chance of obtaining an S-rank item is significantly boosted.
• After 90 searches, you to receive an S-rank item.
• After 300 searches, you get an S-rank Agent of your choice from the provided options.

The first five searches cost eight Master Tapes. From the sixth search onward, the cost increases to 10 Master Tapes per signal.

Each time players pull Agents and W-Engines, they also receive Fading Signals and Residual Signals.

Zenless Zone Zero An Outstanding Partner Channel Signal Search

Players send signals through this channel to obtain Bangboo companions. Boopons are the currency used to search this channel. Boopons are obtained from events, Hollow Zero, New Eridu City Fund, and the Signal Shop.

An Outstanding Partner Channel Drop Rates

• The chance of finding an S-rank Bangboo is 1%.
• The chance of finding an A-rank Bangboo is 15%.
• The chance of finding a B-rank Bangboo is 84%.

An Outstanding Partner Channel Pity System

• Guaranteed A-rank Bangboo for every 10 searches.
• Increased chance of getting an S-rank Bangboo after 65 searches.
• Guaranteed S-rank Bangboo at 80 searches.

Zenless Zone Zero Signal Search Time-Limited Channels

Exclusive channels are time-sensitive, meaning you can access them only at specific times. We have two types of such channels: one for Agents and one for W-Engines. Both channels use Encrypted Master Tape as currency.

Exclusive Channels give one limited S-rank Agent and have increased chances of obtaining specific A-rank Agents. The only difference is an added rule to the Pity System. The first 5-star search has a 50% chance of giving the featured character. The next 5-star search will drop the featured character. The same rule applies to the A-rank Agents.

The Time-limited W-Engine channels feature special W-Engines. Most of the times, these W-Engines represent the best weapons.

Time-Limited W-Engine Drop Rates

• The chance of obtaining an S-rank W-Engine is 1%.
• The chance of obtaining an A-rank W-Engine is 13.25%.
• The chance of obtaining a B-rank W-Engine is 84%.

Time-Limited W-Engine Pity System

• For every 10 searches, you get a guaranteed A-rank W-Engine.
• After 65 searches, the chance of getting an S-rank W-engine is increased.
• At 80 searches, you get a guaranteed S-rank W-Engine.
• The first 5-star search has a 75% chance of giving the special W-Engine. The next search guarantees the featured W-Engine.
