After getting the Rock Splitter upgrade head for ‘Canyon Village’. Here you will spot a man by the Train Tracks, speak to him. You will find out that some thugs have ran off with some tools that the Village needs in order to fix the broken bridge.
Your next task is to head for ‘East Mountain Clearing’ which is right next to the objective, after taking out the trash head back to Canyon Village. Substory ends after giving the man the tools and the bridge will also then be fixed too.
