The Heartopia Winterfrost season is here, giving you a bunch of new things to do, such as activities like ice skating and ice sculpting, cooking new recipes, and more. Besides all that, new species of insects have also appeared.
If you’re a completionist and wanna catch ’em all, then you’ve just found the right guide. Here’s how to find all Heartopia Frostpore insects!
Where to find Frostpore insects in Heartopia
The new Winterfrost event spawns new types of butterflies: Frostpore Mother-of-Pearl, Frostpore Purple Spotted Swallowtail, Frostpore Queen Alexandra’s Birdwing, Frostpore Sulkowsky’s Morpho, and Frostpore Postman Butterfly.
Luckily, these Frostpore butterflies aren’t easy to miss. They’re much more bright and vibrant than the rest of the insects. Feel free to look for them anytime you want.
Players can find them throughout the entire Frostpore event, and since it’s uncertain whether they’ll remain after the event ends, it’s best to catch them now before it’s too late. Here’s where to find them.
Frostpore Mother-of-Pearl
Do you like Pink? Because if you do, you can look for the pink Frostpore Mother-of-Pearl in the Forest region, specifically in the Jump Puzzle area.

Frostpore Purple Spotted Swallowtail
From the Jump Puzzle, head north and go to the Spirit-Oak Pine Forest. This is the area where you’ll exclusively find the Frostpore Purple Spotted Swallowtail. It’s a purple butterfly with pinkish spots.

Frostpore Queen Alexandra’s Birdwing
Go to Patti’s location in Deer Tower. In this area, you’ll find the Frostpore Queen Alexandra’s Birdwing. These are butterflies with translucent turquoise or mint green color.

Frostpore Sulkowsky’s Morpho – frostpore insects
Besides the Frostpore Queen Alexandra’s Birdwing, you can also find the Frostpore Sulkowsky’s Morpho here. They have a bright, glowing blue color, making them easy to differentiate from the other butterflies in the area.

Frostspore Postman Butterfly – frostpore insects
The last and the rarest butterfly among all of them is the Frostpore Postman Butterfly. They have vibrant crimson red wings, so they’re hard to miss. You can also spawn this butterfly during the final phase of the Frostpore Butterfly event.

If you want an easy and quick way of farming them all, you can also initiate or join a Frostpore Butterfly event.
