When entering Heartopia, the town greets you with ever-changing weather. Sometimes it’s sunny, other times gloomy. If you’re lucky, you might even catch a rainbow or a meteor shower. But these aren’t just for show as each weather type has a purpose and can affect the town in different ways.

Here’s everything you need to know about Heartopia’s weather, its effects, and how to check what’s coming.

Every Weather in Heartopia and How It Affects the Town

In Heartopia, the skies can shift to different weather and phenomena: Clear, Rainy, Snowy, Rainbow, Meteor Shower, and the Aurora Borealis.

  • Clear: A bright, sunny day with no special effects. This is Heartopia’s standard weather.
  • Rainy: Rain showers take over the town, automatically watering your crops and flowers. Plus, the rare NPC Doris will appear in Art Street.
  • Snowy: The town is blanketed in snow, which also waters your plots instantly. Like rainy days, Doris will make an appearance.
  • Rainbow: A rare and beautiful phenomenon where a rainbow appears in the sky. Activating the Rainbow Blessing, it boosts farming yields and increases your chances of catching fish and insects. Rainbow Bouquets can also be found during this weather.
  • Meteor Shower: Meteors streak across the sky during this special event. Starfall Shards appear, which can be used as a currency to purchase items from Doris.
  • Aurora Borealis: The newest phenomenon in Heartopia, tied to the Winter Frost season. It starts appearing from 18:00 server time onwards.

How to Check Time and Weather in Heartopia

Players can check the current weather using their watch.

Open the watch by tapping it, or pressing Tab on PC to see the server time and, on the right, the current weather. Clicking the weather icon lets you view the weekly weather forecast, so you can plan your activities ahead of time.
