Like A Dragon: Ishin has many different substory quests that players can find and try to complete. One of which is A Man And His Sack
A Man and His Sack is a substory quest that sees Ryoma being intrigued by a queue of people that are all waiting to eat inari sushi. So he tries his luck, several times.

CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – Mibu Wolves

LOCATION: Yashikimachi (Fushimi)
GUIDE:
Head to Yashikimachi over in Fushimi and Ryoma will notice a queue of people lined up. Go and investigate.
The ‘Inari Sushi Restaurant Owner’ will not let us go ahead of everyone else, makes sense. So, instead, let us queue up behind the queue and wait (Look). Ryoma waits in anticipation as the queue slowly goes down. Whatever the queue is for, it must be in high demand.
By the time we finally reach the front of the queue, the owner will then tell everyone that they have sold out for the day. Leave the area altogether. Head to Mibu or some other location and then return back to the restaurant owner.
A new queue has formed. Head to the back of the queue and let us try again. Unfortunately, it is the same story all over again. Just as we begin to get served, the owner says that they have once again sold out.
Leave the area once again. Then return back to the owner. This is the last time. Speak to the owner and join the back of the queue. When Ryoma gets served, it appears that there is only the one left in stock. Suddenly the man that was waiting in the queue behind us comes and steals from us. Chase the thief!
DESCRIPTION
My precious, precious inari sushi… I didn’t get to eat it! But… I suppose it’s better that it went to a sick child.
