Like A Dragon: Ishin has many different substory quests that players can find and try to complete. One of which is The Hungry Cat
The Hungry Cat is another substory quest. It sees Ryoma coming across a small and adorable black cat. Upon inspection of this cat, it turns out that this cat is feeling hungry. It is time to go and get it some food.

CHAPTER: Chapter 5 – The Iron Code
QUEST GIVER: Fatigued Cat
REWARDS: 150 Virtue
LOCATION: East Umekojicho (Rakugai)
GUIDE:
Head to East Umekojicho, which is located in Rakugai. It is north east of Unyuan. Here we will find a small adorable black kitty cat just laying on the ground (Fatigued Cat)
Ryoma will try to inspect the cat and realize that it is hungry. Time to get it some food! Basically we need to get it some fish. Here we have two options, we can either fish for some and catch it ourselves or we can purchase it instead.
The merchant over at the ‘Uorin Fish Market’ in Fushimi will sell fish. I decided to purchase a ‘Sweetfish’ for 400mon. It does not matter which fish you get though, I just thought the name ‘Sweetfish’ suited the cat. Its adorable so too is the name ‘Sweetfish’.
Give the cat some fish to complete the substory and unlock a new ‘Friendship Bond’
