Is there any other way to get Vehicles in NTE?
If you cannot afford the cars above, there are several ways you can use one, temporarily at least.
Vehicle Requisition
If you need a quick ride or spot a car that suits your liking, you can approach drivers, select “Requisition,” and wait for their response. They can either lend their car or refuse. Most of the time, it’s harder to borrow cars that look much more expensive.

Stealing Cars
This could land you in prison, but if you can dodge the policemen or are willing to take the risk, you can steal cars. Look for parked cars or force civilians out of them to get them.
