Baicang is an S-rank Incantation DPS in Neverness to Everness. His main schtick revolves around dealing damage-over-time through Scorch, and Power Words mechanic. Out of all the characters in this list, Baicang is the hardest one to play and manage, but when played well, he could become one of the best DPS in the game.
