Norms on the Anomaly is one of the side quests in Neverness to Everness. It’s a hidden side quest so you won’t be able to see it on your map. Note that doing this quest requires you to finish the Prologue II first. It involves having to take part in an exam and inspecting a ghost train

Talk to Miss Lewis

Go to the marked location in the Miguel District area. In this spot, you’ll find a mysterious Ghost Train station. Head down, talk to Miss Lewis and select “About Anomaly Express” to initiate the quest.

Then teleport to the Bureau of Anomaly Control to apply for a ticket. Speak with the Receptionist and select “I heard about the Ghost Train.”

Talk to Mr. Bag

Follow the quest markers, and talk to Mr. Bag. Select “Norms on the Anomaly Express”

Check the course invitation

View your quest messages by tapping the pink icon on the minimap and open Mr. Bag’s message.

Head back to the Ghost Train station and speak with Miss Lewis again.

Go to the Bureau of Anomaly Control to take the written exam

Teleport to the Bureau of Anomaly Control and speak with Mr. Bags again to take the written exam.
