How to Romance Motoha Arai in Persona5 The Phantom X
This is one of the first characters you get to meet, but the romance option unlocks later in the game. If you choose to romance Motoha, go into the Synergy Rank tab and prioritize the bond. This will increase the chance of meeting Motoha.
To embark on this romantic path, you must fulfill a few requirements. Progress through the story and complete Kiuchi Palace. You also have to complete The Day the Pearl Flies side quest to unlock the Batting Cages. This is how you create a Synergy Bond with the Motoha. She becomes a romance option at Synergy Rank 15.

To increase the Synergy Rank, you should gift your future Soulmate with baseball and sports-related items. Don’t forget that the Synergy Increase doubles with the Preferred First -Time Gift bonus. For example, the Heart Ring has 125 base increase, but the bonus adds an extra 125.
