How to Complete the Silent Hill Townfall Pharmacy Locker Code Puzzle

You will come across the Locker in the Pharmacy back room.

The first step towards obtaining the code is to interact with the CRTV device in the same room.

Fine tune the device and calibrate it by moving the controller until the image stabilizes. Then, you must align the colors.

Once the calibration is complete, a short movie will play. The movie contains the four clues needed to find the code.

How to Discover the Pharmacy Locker Code

The four images shown in the movie correspond to four posters found in the Pharmacy. Each poster contains a clue that reveals a number. Find the posters in the following order.

Hands Poster

Find the Washing My Hands poster in the bathroom and count the fingers to discover the first number: 6.

Prescription Drugs Poster

The second image shows Prescription Drugs. The poster is to the left of the bathroom. The number 5 on the poster is the second digit of the Silent Hill Townfall Pharmacy Locker code.

Nurse Consultation Poster

The third image shows a Nurse Consultation ad. Go to the front entrance and check the wall on the right to find the poster. Notice the gauge needle pointing to the number 3. That’s the third digit.

Red Pills Poster

The fourth image shows some red pills. The poster is on the right side of the locker. Count the pills in the blister pack to get the last number, 9.

Put the four digits together and obtain the 6539 code to open the Pharmacy Locker. Inside the locker, you’ll find the Prescription Dosage Error Note.
