The SpongeBob SquarePants Titans of the Tide Fountain Display is a decorative item you can buy from the shop. Display items are unlocked by completing quests, defeating bosses, or found in chests. The chest that contains the Fountain Display is hidden.

How to Get the SpongeBob SquarePants Titans of the Tide Fountain Display
To unlock the Fountain Display, you must open a secret chest in the Neptune’s Palace level starting area.
How to Find the Fountain Display in Neptune’s Palace
From the starting point in Neptune’s Palace, make your way along the main path, after collecting the Jellyfish on the right. Jump over the plants in the water and you will reach a plaza with several fountains and seahorse statues. Before heading downstairs, make a right and notice the gate.
There’s a trail of coins leading past the gate. Switch to Patrick and you will be able to go under the gate and enter the garden. This is where you can find the chest that contains what we are looking for. To spawn the chest, collect all the coins in the garden.
After you get all the coins, the chest will appear between the seahorse statues. Open the chest and unlock the Fountain Display. To display it in your hub zone, you must purchase it from Pearl’s shop for 300 coins. Buying this display counts as progress towards the Make Mr. Krabs Rich trophy achievement, which requires purchasing all Patrick and SpongeBob costumes, underpants pieces, displays, and photo filters from the shop.
