The First Descendant Trophy List has all 25 trophies for the PlayStation 5, and 24 for PC, listed below. Trophies are broken up into bronze, silver, gold, and PlayStation’s exclusive platinum. With The First Descendants, you can earn nearly all the trophies just by playing the game and grinding.
A lot of the trophies in this game revolve around combining, upgrading, dismantling, and equipping modules as well as completing all the missions in each region.
Bronze Trophy Achievements
Most, if not all, of the bronze trophies and achievements in The First Descendant will be unlocked through regular gameplay. However, some may require a bit of time such as dismantling 77 modules

Silver Trophies Achievements In The First Descendant
Most of the trophies and achievements in The First Descendant are actually categorized as silver. With around 12 to complete altogether. Most are regional missions with additional weapon and level upgrades.
First Sweep Operation
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in Kingston.
Knock, Knock! Who is it?
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in Vespers.
Hope Within the Dust
Complete all available missions and Descendant duties in The Sterile Land.
I Can See the Future of the Colossi
Complete 10 Void Intercept Battles.
Out of Weapons
Dismantle weapons 50 times.
Ready, Extract, Complete
Level up a weapon through Weapon Transmission.
No Hope of the Vulgus
Obtain an Ultimate tier weapon.
Descendants, Assemble
Own 5 Descendants.

Enhance a Reactor for the first time.

The gold tiered trophies and achievements in The First Descendant are module related. Meaning you will need to spend plenty of time with upgrades.

Reach Master Rank Level 10.
Place for Something Special
Expand the module capacity of a weapon that uses Special Rounds.

Expand a Descendant’s Module Capacity.
Growing Possibility
Enhance a weapon’s Unique Ability for the first time.
Platinum Trophy Achievement
As usual there is only the one Platinum to obtain and you will need to get all of the other trophies achievements first. You will most likely be looking at anywhere between 10-15 hours to reach 100% completion
