Nyoka mainly specialises in Hunter and Healing when downed

Hunter: +20% Radius of Footstep sounds
Second Wind: Healed to 25% Health when downed

Nyoka is easily found, in fact talking to her is a requirement to completing the main quest ‘Radio Free Monarch’, thus she is un-missable.
Nyoka loves to drink and often prefers to remain drunk.
