Like A Dragon: Ishin has many different substory quests that players can find and try to complete. One of which is The Patient Dog
The Patient Dog is an optional substory that sees Ryoma confront a dog all on its own, as if somehow lonely. Could it be waiting for someone?
SUBSTORY QUEST: The Patient Dog
CHAPTER: Chapter 5 – The Iron Code
QUEST GIVER: Patient Dog
REWARDS: Friendship Bond, 150 Virtue
LOCATION: Yashikimachi (Fushimi)
GUIDE:
Head to Yashikimachi over in Fushimi, near the Dojo building. Here there will be an animal laying on the floor. Inspect it. Ryoma will notice that this little pooch happens to look rather sad. This then begins our substory
On closer inspection it would seem as though that the animal has a collar. Perhaps it is someone’s pet? Ryoma will then decide to feed the dog. We can feed the patient dog by using a wide range of different foods such as; Potatoes, Daikon, Tomatoes. A lot of which can be found at Haruka’s apartment. During the ‘Another Life’. Alternatively they can also be purchased too from the nearby Greengrocer. Here we can purchase potatoes, strawberry, cucumbers. All of which will also do the trick.
Feed the pup to complete the substory.
