WALKTHROUGH:
This is yet another simple and easy side quest to find and complete.
Simply head to Shibuya Stream in order to find a bunch of lovers having a bit of a quarrel
We have met this man before, back during the wallet woes side quest. This time he seems to of forgotten something regarding his girlfriend
Use Fret’s ability to scan him and read this thoughts. Turns out he is having issues with his girlfriend wanting to study abroad

You will need to scan both Kaneda and Kondo in order to progress and learn the full story between them both
After yet more dialogue you will then need to use Fret’s ability to solve a puzzle and remind Kaneda

Kaneda will now remember why his girlfriend wants to study abroad, what an idiot ha!
Anyway after that the side quest will then end
