What are the best Where Winds Meet Mystic Skills
In Where Winds Meet players can currently unlock a total of 10 different skills. From Meridian Touch, Dragons Breath, Drunken Poet, Soaring Spin, Cloud Step, Serene Breeze, Yaksha Rush, Talon Strike, Free Morph, Guardian Palm
Meridian Touch Mystic Skills
Meridian Touch is a Mystic Skill that’s effective in both PvE and PvP. Meridian Touch immobilizes enemies and can help you land free hits on them or start a combo. You can also use this against bosses such as Heartseeker and Qingye.

Dragons Breath Mystic Skill In Where Winds Meet
Dragon’s Breath is a pretty strong pick as well. It is an offensive Mystic Skill that also provides damage reduction and Fortitude. Players enter the Intoxicated state by drinking and begin breathing fire, damaging enemies in front. It is best used with Drunken Poet. To unlock it speak with Luo Jiu over in Kaifeng Fairgrounds

Drunken Poet Mystic Skills
Drunken Poet, on the other hand, allows you to enter the Intoxicated buff before casting five consecutive attacks on an opponent. Pair this with Dragon’s Breath. Both of these abilities apply and require the Intoxicated state, so if you use them consecutively, you’ll only have to perform the drink animation once. Can be unlocked by drinking the Honest Merchant Wine

Soaring Spin
Soaring Spin is one of the best PvP skills to get, especially if you’re tired of fighting healers in the game. Casting Soaring Spin allows you to perform a forward thrust before applying healing reduction. Can be unlocked by opening the secret chest found in Martial Temple

Cloud Step
The Cloud Step skill is good for closing the distance with an enemy or dodging their attacks. Best used with Guardian Palm. Unlocked after solving the General Shrine quest

Serene Breeze
Serene Breeze is a strong PvP skill. It allows you to escape crowd control effects and avoid being stun locked by enemies. It is part of the character skill tree

Yaksha Rush
An offensive skill that helps you break an enemy’s defense before knocking them upwards. Useful in PvP! Reach at least 6,000 Qinghe Exploration to unlock this one

Talon Strike
By casting this skill, you’ll first swipe the target, breaking their defense before landing three melee hits. Effective for staggering your opponents in both PvP and PvE. Unlocked over at the Palace Of Annals

Free Morph
Free Morph lets you land three kicks, with the first one launching the enemy upward. It’s a single-target control ability that is effective in both PvP and PvE. Unlocked over in Halo Peak in Qinghe

Guardian Palm
Guardian Palm is certainly one of the best AoE abilities in the game. This skill allows you to land three punches on the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies. If you’re in mid-air, you can use the enhanced version, which adds a knockback effect. Unlocked by completing Where a Thousand Buddhas Wept Side Story
