007 First Light Soft Landing – How To Rush Over An Edge

007 First Light Soft Landing is a trophy/achievement that requires you to tackle an enemy over a ledge. You can unlock this trophy while completing main missions and also in TacSim mode.

Let’s see what you must do to perform a grab rush move!

How to Unlock the 007 First Light Soft Landing Trophy Achievement

First of all, you need to learn how to rush over an edge. Start sprinting towards an enemy and hold R2 to grab them. While holding R2, direct the enemy towards a ledge, and allow both of you to fall. You will land on top of the enemy and unlock the achievement. There are several places where you can perform this move.

Where to Tackle An Enemy Over a Ledge

Now that you know how to do a grab rush move, all that’s left to do is to find a place that allows you to push an enemy over a ledge, ideally one with no railing.

Location 1 – Mission 4

After winning the auction and starting the Get to the Crane sub-objective, follow the mission marker and you will run into an enemy conveniently placed near a ledge. Tackle him to unlock the 007 First Light Soft Landing achievement.

Location 2 – Mission 5

Progress until you start the second checkpoint. Head right and notice the guard. Get his attention and lure him down the stairs. Grab the guard and rush him towards the edge. You will both land in the grass.

Location 3 – Mission 5

If you’ve missed the previous location, progress further into the A New Home main mission and start the 10^th checkpoint. Aggro the guard on the docks and wait until he comes up the stairs. You can push him over the missing section of the parapet to the right.

Location 4 – Advanced Close Combat Training

Start Tier 2: The Test combat simulation. The first objective requires you to rush over an edge. Go up the stairs and wait until the enemy walks by the ledge. Crouch behind the enemy and perform the grab rush move when the Takedown prompt appears.
