007 First Light Jewel of Jahari is a sub-objective during the Past Never Dies main mission. Completing this sub-objective unlocks the Cupped challenge.

How to Get the 007 First Light Jewel of Jahari and Unlock the Cupped Challenge
As soon as you arrive at the Aleph black market and start the Obtain auction fee objective, go left to meet Nirmala and start the Jewel of Jahari sub-objective.
To acquire the gem, you must play and win the cup game.
How to Win the Cup Game
If you don’t have the $3500 entry fee for the cup game, you can get the money from the Fighting Pit or by pickpocketing the soldiers carrying Cash Bundles. Use the Phone Dart to distract them and then you can easily steal their money. Once you have the entry fee, follow the quest marker to reach Aadan, the man who runs the cup game.
Interact with Aadan and he will explain the basic cup game rules. You must guess under which one of the three cups the Jewel of Jahari is hidden. The Q-Lens gadget will help you win this game, so be ready to use it. As soon as you agree to play the game, activate the Q-Lens gadget to highlight the jewel. Pick the middle cup, witness the cutscene, and collect your prize. The Cupped challenge will pop up after winning the game.
Keep in mind that the jewel must be highlighted under the middle cup to win the game. The 007 First Light Jewel of Jahari is always under this cup, but if you fail at using the Q-Lens to highlight it, you will lose the game even if you pick the correct cup. Return to Nirmala to hand over the gem and receive $30000.
