Arknights Endfield healing your characters is an important part of game play. After some difficult combat and boss fights, you will likely want to be able to reclaim all that HP and health that you inevitably lost!

How to Heal in Arknights Endfield – Recover Lost HP

There are four main ways you can heal your characters and recover lost health. You can either use an item to heal. Alternatively, you can also heal with the help of a character’s abilities, or by using a TP point. You can also use the facilities over at the medical tower.

Using Items to Heal

One of the main ways to heal your character is by crafting and then consuming items. They come in two different forms: ones that can heal right away and others that heal over time.

Here are some items that heal right away:

Buckflower Powder.
Buck Capsule B
Buck Capsule C
Firebuckle Powder
Hub Emergency Ration
Citrome Jelly
Citrome Pudding
Meaty Buckflower Stew
Jinaco Drink

Here are some items that restore health over time:

Citromix
Canned Citrome B
Canned Citrome C
Citrome Powder
Superhot Fruit Preserves
Preserve Stew
Cartilege Tack
Yazhen Syringe

Whatever type you use depends on what your preference is for battle!

Using Character Abilities

A solid way to heal your characters is to use a character’s ability to restore lost health, not only you but also the rest of your team too! Certain characters such as Ardelia (one of the primary healers) and Ember have abilities that will restore any lost health in a pinch!

Always check carefully before rushing into battle!

Using a TP Point

Similar to reviving allies, you can restore yourself and any lost health over at a TP or fast travel point. Open the map and choose one to travel too. When you approach the TP, you will be given the option to rest.

Using a Medical Tower

If you happen to have the medical tower unlocked and constructed then this is another way to restore your characters. In the AIC tree, it can be unlocked with 20 Origocrust and the wilderness aid.
