In the (RE4) Resident Evil 4 Remake there are various requests that can be found and completed. Most of them resides near the merchant and the typewriter. Most obvious on walls and as blue notes.
These requests are similar to side quests in that they supply us with optional side activities. Sometimes we will be required to locate various collectibles, other times to destroy specific objects and enemies. All of the requests are located on blue notes. So we will need to find and locate these notes in order to learn more about the task and objective. Each chapter has at least one of these requests that we can try to solve.
As a reward for having successfully completed these requests we will most often be rewarded with Spinels, which can then be sold for ptas to the merchant. They are basically treasure that we can then sell. Usually these are traded for various rewards from the Merchant. Rewards such as healing herbs, weapon parts, new weapons, and treasure maps. There is a vast range of different rewards to choose from.
Once you have successfully managed to completed the required task we can then speak with the Merchant in order to complete it and move on to the next one. Only by speaking with the Merchant will we be able to reap our rewards.
One such request within the Resident Evil 4 Remake is the Destroy the Blue Medallions 6 request, which sees us having to find and destroy our next set of blue medallions. We can find and complete this one during chapter 15. Within the Cliffside Ruins.

DESTROY THE BLUE MEDALLIONS 6 REQUEST
REQUEST: Destroy All The Blue Medallions
AREA: Cliffside Ruins
REWARD: x5 Spinel, Jack of All Trades (Trophy Achievement)
CHAPTER: Chapter 15
DESCRIPTION: I want every single blue medallion in these ruins smashed to pieces! Even this piece-of-shit island would look better without them hanging around.
WHERE TO FIND THE BLUE MEDALLIONS
After the scene involving the helicopter chopper and after making your way through the Cliffside Ruins, we will then be tasked with heading to the Specimen Storage.
Just before we go through the doors leading to this Specimen Storage, just on the doorway is our next blue request note. It is also the final one within the game. It requires us to find and destroy yet more medallions, this time within the Cliffside Ruins.
BLUE MEDALLION 1 – This one is hanging from the cliffside wall. Just before the door to the Specimen Storage look down and to the right.
BLUE MEDALLION 2 – Again just before we head into the Specimen Storage there will be some scaffolding along the left wall. The blue medallion is hiding in here
BLUE MEDALLION 3 – Head down the ladder, to the underground area of the Cliffside Ruins. Then, down here, out of the empty windows, towards the ocean below. The blue medallion is hanging amongst the cliffs here.
BLUE MEDALLION 4 – Near the ladders that lead to the underground Cliffside Ruins area there will be a small alchove. The blue medallion is within this alchove.
BLUE MEDALLION 5 – This next blue medallion resides up in the bell tower of the Specimen Storage building. You will need to equip a Sniper Rifle in order to see it.
