Directive 8020 O Death Secrets or Curator Secrets are post-game collectibles that appear only after you find the Obol coin in Episode 8, Come True. Finding all secrets unlocks the O Death trophy and the two Bonus Features scenes in the main menu.

How to Find All Directive 8020 O Death Secrets

To unlock the Curator and the O Death achievement, you must find an easy-to-miss item in Episode 8, the Obol coin. Then, you must replay certain missions to find the four Curator collectibles. You will also notice that the Curator now briefly appears in the background, often before someone is about to die. Once you find all Curator secrets, return to the game’s main menu and check out the Bonus Features, a cutscene featuring the Curator and a teaser trailer for the next Dark Pictures game.

How to Find the Obol Coin

The Obol coin or the Curator’s coin counts as the first Directive 8020 O Death secret, This Doesn’t Belong Here. Start The Way Back turning point in Episode 8. Take the power cell, turn back, and insert it into the slot next to the vent.

Enter the vent and follow the linear path. Once you are out of the vent, interact with the panel on the left to lower the walls, revealing a power circuit. Use the power circuit to activate the door. Go through the door and turn right to spot a panel you can interact with from a distance to lower the walls. Use the power circuit to activate the server control panel. Turn right and use the panel to lower the walls partially, allowing you to jump over to a new area.

Squeeze through and then crouch. Use the panel to lower the walls and redirect power to the server control panel. Go back and interact with the panel through the walls to lower them. Go left and then right through the door to pick up the Obol coin.

Curator Secret 2: The Man in the Bowler Hat – Episode 1, Medical

Progress until you reach the Medical Reception area. Check out the circular desk and pick up the tablet.

Curator Secret 3: Paranoia – Episode 3, Search

Open the first door and reach the Mess Hall. Interact with the terminal on the wall to reveal another Directive 8020 O Death secret.

Curator Secret 4: O_DTH – Episode 5, Radio Silence

Immediately after starting this turning point, head down the corridor and check out the terminal on the left wall, just before the Cockpit.

Curator Secret 5: Bloodlines – Episode 5, Radio Silence

Go up the stairs towards the Crew Lounge entrance and pick up the tablet from the seat.

You will unlock the Directive 8020 O Death trophy as soon as you collect the last secret.
