FNAF Secret of the Mimic has several places in the game where you are going to need a code of some sort to get inside. One of those places is the Workshop. When you first get to the door you see that it is locked with a keypad next to it. What’s the next step? Well, you need to find the code of course!
In this short guide we’ll tell you how to do exactly that so you can smoothly continue your gameplay.
How to Enter the Security Office
The place to find the code is in the Security room. You know you’ve found the security room when you find a large orange power generator and a door with the word Security spelled out right on top of the door. It literally can’t get much more obvious than that!
Shift your attention back over to the generator and pull the cord on top, pulling it until the generator is completely powered. This will grant you access to the security room. This will also be your first destination when you first enter the facility. So chances are this area has already been unlocked.
Once the door is finally open go inside into the security room where you will be able to find the code you so desperately need!
Getting the Workshop Door Code in Secret of the Mimic
Now that you are in the Security Room, the next step is to get the code. In the far right corner, you’ll see four active TV security cameras. Carefully watch the screen, writing down the numbers that flash across the screen. The code that seems to be the most common for people starts with 2 and ends with 4. So follow along, writing down the numbers in this order.
I, first, noticed this specific code after my first initial chase with Jackie. After falling through the ceiling of this room the Dispatcher tells you to look at these security cameras. These numbers should then be shown. One of which is inside of a bathroom. Not sure if the Workshop Door code is random but, for me, this code ended up being 2, 6, 2, 9, 4
With the code now written down, you can go ahead and return back to the Workshop Door. Punch in the code you wrote down in the keypad and ideally, the door is going to open, giving you access to this room!
And with that you have access to the Workshop Door in FNAF: Secret of the Mimic!
