(HFW) Horizon Forbidden West – No Man’s Land (Relic Ruins) Guide

The Relic Ruins are optional side activities that involve solving puzzles and searching through hidden ruins. You can also uncover bonus rewards if you manage to complete the ruin too. Rewards such as Ornaments, metal bones, metal shards and more…

This specific page will be focusing on No Man’s Land relic ruin.

EXPLORE THE RUINS

• When you first arrive at the No Man’s Land ruin you should notice a crate, use the Pullcaster and pull it out of the wall.
• Then push this crate against the wall behind you and climb up this wall, using the crate.
• Follow the rooftop around to the left and you will come across a Firegleam, destroy it in order to reveal a new passage.
• In here drop down to the lower ground and smash through the wall using the Pullcaster.

• If you follow this new path to the right you will come across another Firegleam, destroy it.
• Destroying this Firegleam will reveal the Energy Cell. Take this Energy Cell and insert it into the device in the previous room. This will charge the Energy Cell
• Now take the fully charged Energy Cell and insert it into the device nearby, opposite side of the previous device. This will now power up the necessary door that we need to access. (Here we can also unlock the VIP Key! Datapoint)
• However, we still don’t know how to get up to this door hmm..

• Well the solution to that comes by climbing back up to the above platform and using the Pullcaster on the crate at the other side, next to the door we need. (Note: If you cannot reach it then head to the small section next to you, here you will notice the crate behind a barrier. Pull it here at least once then resume pulling it and try to get it to drop down below). If you cannot reach it then there is a good chance it is too close to the far wall.
• With the crate now on the lower ground you will then want to push it towards the wall, this will allow you to climb up and reach the door.
• The code to this door should be 2204. We can then collect our next Ornament.
