During your adventures through Horizon Forbidden West you will no doubt encounter the Relic Ruins. These ruins often provide puzzles and extra hidden rewards, such as Ornaments.
Completing these will unlock the Completed 3 Relic Ruins and help contribute to the Recovered 5 Different Collectibles trophy achievements. (The other collectibles that contribute to the Recovered 5 Different Collectibles also include Survey Drone, Black Box, Relic Ruins, Vista Point, and Signal Tower)
