There are several tools in Hollow Knight Silksong that you can obtain. They can help with dealing damage, surviving, or farming. One of these is the Magnetite Brooch. Which is a yellow tool that makes farming items and collectibles much easier.

What is the Magnetite Brooch in Hollow Knight Silksong

Magnetite Brooch is a yellow tool in Hollow Knight Silksong, an item you can buy from Pebb.

This tool is especially useful when farming Rosaries. As many players may have noticed, Rosary beads from caches and enemies don’t go directly into the inventory. Instead, they drop to the ground and can even roll onto platforms below.

This is where our brooch becomes useful. It essentially acts as a magnet that attracts Rosary beads. While it doesn’t automatically destroy the source, all Rosary beads you collect will instantly float toward you. This ensures none are lost by falling off platforms or into pits.

How to Get Hollow Knight Silksong Magnetite Brooch

Players can obtain the Magnetite Brooch from the first merchant Hornet encounters: Pebb. She can be found in Bone Bottom, just outside the Bellways.

When you interact with her, she’ll offer a selection of items for purchase, including the Brooch.

The Magnetite Brooch costs 120 Rosaries, which can feel a bit expensive given how long it takes to collect them. Rosaries can be obtained from caches or by defeating enemies.

After purchasing the Brooch, it won’t be equipped right away. To use it, players must first rest at a bench and equip it in a yellow tool slot through the Crest Menu.
