All Things Vend is a Borderlands 4 trophy achievement that requires you to complete the Vend of the Line side mission and make a specific choice at the end. This specific quest relates to reading coloured codes and selling the correct gear to Penelope Streams

How To Start and Complete the Vend of the Line Side Mission in Borderlands 4
Follow the main story and complete Main Mission 8: Siege and Destroy in Carcadia Burn. Then, head to Carcadia Town in the Ruined Sumplands to begin the side quest.
Interact with Penelope Streams near the vending machine and start the mission.
How to Complete Vend of the Line
First Code
Inspect the back of the machine and notice the drawing. It means that you have to sell two green items and two blue items. Perform the task and receive the first code: 33. The machine then tells you that you need to find more codes.
Second Code
Follow the objective marker to the next location and clear the area. The machine in this location is inactive. Go up on the roof and restore the power. Jump up to the right above the machine and drop down. You will land on a ledge from where you can see the back of the machine. Return to the machine and sell one green, one purple, one blue, and one green item in this order. Next, buy one green, one purple, one blue, and one green item in this order. You will receive the code 96.
Third Code
Follow the objective marker to reach the machine in Crumblehall. The vending machine is overturned and there’s a man trapped under it. Notice the arrows on the side of the machine. Take the stairs up, jump, and grab onto the small ladder. Notice the arrow on the wall and go in the direction it’s pointing. On the other side of the roof, notice the sacks and the arrow on the wall pointing at the window. Look through the hole and discover the symbols. You don’t actually need to sell any items. Just wait a bit and listen to the conversation to discover the code 8-W.
Fourth Code
Follow the objective marker to reach the machine in Embracer’s Bluff. Jump on the roof above the machine and jump down as close to it as possible. Next, shoot at the machine or hit the person in front of it. Enter the area behind the machine and discover the clue. Sell one green, one purple, one blue, and one purple item to the machine and receive the code 1.
How to Unlock the All Things Vend Trophy in Borderlands 4
Follow the objective marker to reach the final machine in The Dusty Dangler. Clear the area and find the machine outside the building.
Sell one green, one blue, one purple, and one legendary item in this order. The machine then tells you to follow the powered wire. Notice the power cable leading below the cliff. Take the ramp down and make a right to enter the cave, where you will find the legendary vending machine. As you approach it, the machine turns into Vend Zane.
Defeat him but don’t complete the next task, as this will lock you out of the achievement. After defeating Vend Zane, the next task is to “Buy Something Legendary”. Don’t do that. Instead, check the wooden board next to the machine and discover the code.
Sell three green items and buy one orange item. If you just buy the orange item, as the quest says, you will miss the achievement. So, sell the green items first and then buy one legendary item. Check the ground near the machine and take the picture.
Follow the objective marker to Moxxi’s Bottoms Up! bar and talk to Zane. Give him the picture and wait for the dialogue to end. The side mission will end and you’ll unlock the All Things Vend trophy.
