Gain Access to Order Scientist’s Home is one of the tasks you must complete during the Borderlands 4 A Lot to Process main quest. A barrier guards the house and you need to deactivate it.

How to Gain Access to Order Scientist’s Home in Borderlands 4

At one point during the Borderlands 4 A Lot to Process main mission, you will need to enter the Order scientist’s home. Follow the quest marker to the house in The Kit Hole, The Hollow. Go up the stairs and you will find yourself in front of the building you must enter. As you approach the house, a barrier appears, blocking your way inside.

How to Enter the Order Scientist’s Home

Turn around and notice the quest marker pointing to a generator that’s also protected by a barrier. To deactivate the barrier, you need to shut off the generator. Jump on the building with the generator and notice the glowing spot on the roof.

Your character will then mention that impact will do the trick. Do a ground slam on the orange planks to smash them. A ground slam is performed by doing a double jump and then pressing the circle or B button on the gamepad or CTRL on the keyboard. Shoot at the generator to deactivate the barrier, granting access into the house. If you cannot manage the ground slam, simply shoot at the generator through the hole.

Destroying the generator will trigger the secondary defense system. Shoot the turrets and enter the house. As you enter, another turret will activate. Take care of it, make a right, destroy the second turret, and take the stairs up to find the scientist.
