Silent Hill F has it’s share of collectables to get in your game play and this includes the Inari-sama Doors and Boxes! However, you can only open these on New Game+ so keep that in mind. Most of these include rewards on the Diary Of Revenge and the occasional EMA collectible. Getting them all unlocks the Inari-Sama’s Secrets trophy achievement

Location of Inari-sama Doors and Boxes Collectibles in Silent Hill F
There are eleven Inari-sama doors and boxes to get throughout your second playthrough of Silent Hill F.
1. Inari-sama’s Secrets Box Ebisugaoka First Visit
Found in Ebisugaoka during the first visit, go to the Hokora shrine. Go down the stairs to find the box. Inside you’ll find Diary of Revenge and Ema x 1.
2. Inari-sama’s Secrets Box Shrine Path
While you are in the shrine path trying to solve the vault puzzle, you encounter this second box. It’s behind a large tree. The rewards are A Perspective of Hierogamy and Omamori Shrew Mole.
3. Inari-sama Box Ebisugaoka Second Visit
During your second visit to Ebisugaoka, you’ll find this box. It’s past the Hokora shrine in a garden. Rewards are Diary of Revenge and Ema x1.
4. Inari-sama Door Corridors
While you’re in the Corridors, go northwest and you’ll be able to find this door. Inside is Mandate of the Clan and Embroidered Drawstring Bag.
5. Inari-sama Box Ebisugaoka Middle School
While you’re in the middle school, you’ll need to head outside. Go through a window to head back into the classroom. If you hear a crackling radio, you’re in the right place. You’ll find Diary of Revenge and Omamori Rabbit.
6. Inari-sama Door Worship Hall
You’ll find this in the worship hall. Go through the gap to find a door. Inside is a Perspective on Hierogamy, Ema x 1, and Omamori Swallow.
7. Inari-sama Box Ebisugaoka Fourth Visit
During the Ebisugaoka 4th visit, you’ll eventually find a gazebo after heading upstairs. The box is there. Inside is Diary of Revenge and Ema x 1.
8. Inari-sama Door Main Hall
This is found in the main hall. With the Fox Arm, head through the southeast doors of the Main Hall. Climb two flights of stairs and reveal the room.
9. Inari-sama Box Ebisugaoka Fifth Visit
Go through the park and go into a house’s yard. It’s right before a shrine. Inside is Diary of Revenge and Ema x 1.
10. Inari-sama’s Secrets Box Shimizu Residence
You can find this while you’re at the Shimizu Residence. Go to the room before the photo room to find this box. Inside is Diary of Revenge and Ema x 1.
11. Inari-sama’s Door Treasure Hall
In the third crest puzzle room, enter the right Inari-sama door. Inside is a Letter with a pressed flower. (Map is unavailable at this stage.)
And now you’ve gotten the Inari-Sama’s Secrets trophy!
