Silent Hill f Inari Sculpture – Investigate the Strange Object guide

After leaving the Ebisugaoka field and completing the scarecrow puzzle, the next chapter of Silent Hill F begins. You’ll return to the Dark Shrine, this time in the Corridors area. The Fox Mask will appear once more, and your task is to track him down again. Before that, however, you’ll need to navigate your way forward. The way for that involves investigating a strange object.

Here’s a quick guide on how to solve it.

How to Investigate the Strange Object in Silent Hill F

From the starting point, head north toward the marked area on the map. Explore the room and you’ll come across an altar with a missing object. To solve this Silent Hill f Investigate the Strange Object, you’ll need to track down the missing item.

Search For The Missing Object Part

After inspecting the mysterious object our mission and chapter objective will change to ‘Search For The Missing Object Part’.

Go back to the entrance side of the room and get to this area by crouching beneath the furniture. Look for the dark brown chest in the middle of the room, and pick up the Storage Room Key.

Now it’s time to visit the Storage Room, which is quite near the starting point. It was initially locked, but since you have the Storage Room Key, you’ll be able to access it now. Enter, and you’ll find some writings on the wood and a note.

Where To Find The Inari Sculpture In Silent Hill F

After interacting with the two, leave the room and you’ll notice that the previously locked room across from the Storage Room has opened on its own.

Enter the room that contains the item you’ve been looking for.

On the other side of the divider, you’ll find a sculpture. Specifically, the Inari Sculpture. Pick it up, return to the altar, and place the Inari Sculpture there.

Once placed, you’ll find that this leads you to a secret room or passage where you can find the Naginata weapon (plus a Blade Leg monster!)
