The Oblivious Woman (Substory) Like A Dragon: Ishin
Like A Dragon: Ishin has many different substory quests that players can find and try to complete. One of which is The Oblivious Woman
The Oblivious Woman is an optional substory that sees Ryoma confront an ‘oblivious woman’. Apparently she was on her way to the grocers store when she lost her purse. Ryoma now wants to help her. At least with the food side of things.

QUEST GIVER: Oblivious Woman
REWARDS: Vitality Pill, 150 Virtue
LOCATION: Karasuma Street (Rakunai)
GUIDE:
Head to Karasuma Street and head west of Sushi Zanmai, towards the palanquin. Here we will find a woman (Oblivious Woman). Apparently she has lost her purse. The only description she can give us is that the missing purse is ‘rather small’ and ‘bright green’.
It is also the only money that she had on her. She also goes on to mention that she nearly reached the greengrocer’s when she realized she didn’t have it. She now worries that her family will not be able to eat. So Ryoma agrees to help her out.
We now need to go and give her a vegetable. It does not matter which. You can purchase some from either the ‘Don Quijote’ or the ‘Greengrocer’. We can even fetch some from Haruka’s property. Vegetables are easy to come by. I decided to give her some ‘Daikon’. They can be collected from Haruka’s property.
Give the woman a vegetable and the substory will come to an end. A new ‘Friendship Bond’ will then unlock.
DESCRIPTION
That woman who dropped her wallet said she really wanted some vegetables. It’d be nice to help her.
