Like A Dragon: Ishin has many different substory quests that players can find and try to complete. One of which is The Servile Beggar
The Servile Beggar is a basic substory quest that sees Ryoma confronting a poor homeless beggar. Starved for food and having not eaten for over a week, Ryoma will feel sorry for him and try to track down some food for him.
SUBSTORY QUEST: The Servile Beggar
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – Mibu Wolves
QUEST GIVER: Beggar
REWARDS: 150 Virtue
LOCATION: Mukurogai – First Floor
GUIDE:
Head to the ‘Mukurogai First Floor’ and you will find a beggar sitting on the floor. Speak to him and we will learn that he has not been able to eat for over a week. He is hungry and wants us to help him. Ryoma will be surprised to hear that and will start to worry about him. Worry that he may not make it if he went any longer without food. So our job now is to go and food some food for him.
We can purchase some food from any of the local vendors. One good place to purchase food is ‘Kamatora’. I went and purchased a ‘Kamatora Mixed Pot’ for 1480mon. Once you have the required food go ahead and bring it back to the beggar.
(Note: When speaking with the food vendor make sure to choose the ‘Take Out’ option, otherwise Ryoma will eat the food instead)
Offer the food to the beggar. He will enjoy the food and thank Ryoma for being generous and kind. The Servile Beggar substory will then come to an end. A new ‘Friendship Bond’ will open up.
