Mafia the Old Country – Mystery Fox Locations

Mafia The Old Country has many collectibles, sometimes they can come in the form of Mystery Foxes. Most of them are found in Explore Mode, which can be accessed through the ‘Chapter Replay’ option, through the main menu. Whilst, only a few are found in the main story.

To get 100% completion, you need to find them all. This will, then, unlock the Mystery Fox Domination trophy achievement

List of Mystery Fox Locations in Mafia the Old Country

There is a total of 50 mystery foxes to find in Mafia The Old Country. As said, many of them can be found during free roaming the world.

Mystery Fox #1 In MAFIA The Old Country

In chapter 3 when you need to find the whisky you’ll have a chance to get this first fox. At Porto Almaro, when you have to search the crates for the story, you’ll find it in the back left corner.

Mystery Fox #2 Location In MAFIA The Old Country

In chapter four there will be a chase, leading you to being in an enemy camp. After entering a cave and going out the other side, keep going forward. On the side there is a platform with the fox.

Mystery Fox #3

In chapter 5, after entering the villa and getting a cut scene with Ludovici, you’ll be on the balcony. Turn around and enter Ludovici’s room. The fox is in the corner by the fireplace.

Mystery Fox #4

After freeing Guiseppi in chapter 6, La Difesa. Enter the Jailhouse and head upstairs. At the top of the stairs turn and head right. Into the office. The opposite direction from the ‘plate safe’. There will be a lone guard in here. Deal with him and the Fox state is in the next room after.

Mystery Fox #5

This is found in chapter 7. Sneak past the Marquis’ guards. In the Bordello courtyard, slip past the guards and take the back-right staircase. At the top, find the prostitute in a blue dress. To her left, near a bench and plants, the fox hides in a dark corner.

Mystery Fox #6

Found in chapter 9, In the factory stealth section, enter the first building and take the first left exit to an open yard with two enemies. On the yard’s left side, the fox sits in an open crate.

Mystery Fox #7

Found over in chapter 11, Mattanza, you will want to continue playing until after you have finished dealing with the first wave of enemies. Then, before, re-uniting with the Don, proceed and head upstairs to find this one.

Mystery Fox #8

In chapter 12, After navigating the catacombs with the priest, surviving the first combat encounter, and climbing a ladder through a manhole into the opera, you arrive in a room where you must push a cart to progress. Next, enter the dressing room where the fox waits quietly in the corner.

Mystery Fox #9

This will still be found in chapter 12. There is actually 3 to be found in this chapter. Proceed on right after finding the previous fox, you’ll enter the backstage area where you must sneak past guards. Continue on and squeeze through and along the narrow path. You will come across a box containing this one. Before climbing up the ladder

Mystery Fox #10

Once again, this is still found in chapter 12. After sneaking through a red-wallpapered corridor, open the door to reach the top of a staircase decorated with white flowers. Three enemies are at the bottom—wait for their conversation to end, then take out the one who remains. The fox is to the left of the stairs, just before the door with the yellow objective marker.

This wraps up the main story related foxes. The rest will be located within the Explore mode. Which is accessed through the ‘Chapter Replay’ menu

Mystery Fox #11

One of the first mystery foxes found in free roam is number 11, west of Villa Torrisi. It’s in front of a house.

Mystery Fox #12

This is found in the chapel on the path that is north of Villa Torrisi.

Mystery Fox #13

This one is also found behind a house. It’s around the area of Villa Torrisi.

Mystery Fox #14

To the east of Villa Torrisi. This one is found behind a destroyed house.

Mystery Fox #15

Around Villa Torrisi. Behind the right corner of a house. You’ll see it behind a wooden cart.

Mystery Fox #16

East of Sanceleste, find a house that has a set of stairs leading to the second story. Go up and you’ll find the fox on top.

Mystery Fox #17

Follow the east road out of San Celeste. This one is found in the front yard of a villa.

Mystery Fox #18

From the path you were on while looking for 17, go south. You’ll also find this one in front of a house but it’s in front on the left near a fence.

South of San Celeste, this is on the side of a house.

Mystery Fox #20

In the backyard of a chapel found in the corner of San Celeste

Mystery Fox #21

Found on a path outside San Celeste, it’s in the shed of a yard of a house.

Mystery Fox #22

Found on a long path south of San Celeste, it’s behind a house at a well

Mystery Fox #23

Northeast of Porto Almaro, it’s to the left of a house on a balcony.

Mystery Fox #24

Around the same area as number 24, it’s found in the front yard of a house.

Mystery Fox #25

Same area but this one is in a destroyed house.

Mystery Fox #26

Found in the northwest corner of the salt flats in front of a green ship.

Mystery Fox #27

Go to the southeast corner of the salt flats. Look for a roofed area at a windmill.

Mystery Fox #28

In the far southeast corner of Porto Almaro, look for a tower by the roadside. Go inside and go all the way to the roof.

Mystery Fox #29

In Northwest of Porto Almaro, you’ll find an alley that is accessible from the main road. Look for an open box next to a fruit stand.

Mystery Fox #30

At the lower corner of Porto Almaro, find a lighthouse in the South from the main road.

Mystery Fox #31

From the church courtyard, descend a short staircase to a balcony overlooking Porto Almaro. To get there, take the road east of the fox and open the two initially closed gates along the path.

Go north of Pasquale’s gas station fast travel point. GO upstairs to the roof of a house.

Mystery Fox #33

West of the gas station, look for the balcony of a tall house by the roadside. You need to go upstairs.

Mystery Fox #34

Around the same area, look for an alley between two houses.

Mystery Fox #35

Way west of San Celeste, in the far corner of the map, is our next MAFIA The Old Country Mystery Fox. Spotted and found in front of a house.

Mystery Fox #36

Go up from the last fox. Search for a balcony behind a house.

Mystery Fox #37

Following up the path, it’s in a backyard between two houses.

Mystery Fox #38

This will be behind a straw hut.

Mystery Fox #39

Go to the Fontanella fast travel point and search for a little wooden roof.

Mystery Fox #40

Go south of the Fontanella travel point and search for it in the front yard of a house.

Mystery Fox #41

South of the Fontanella travel point. At the end of a climbable side path in the woods, a dirt road branches off the main road. Follow the path up to a viewing platform where the fox awaits.

Mystery Fox #42

West of San Celeste, go into the woods and look for a stone pavilion.

Mystery Fox #43

In Fiumansa, up the stairs beside the building with the largest chimney. This can also be collected during chapter 8, Disgrazia

Mystery Fox #44

Very close Southwest of San Celeste, search in front of a house. It will be near a table with a white cloth.

Mystery Fox #45

Close to San Celeste on the west side, find this one in front of a house in a yard.

Mystery Fox #46

Close to the Northwest side of San Celeste. It’s behind a house.

MAFIA The Old Country Mystery Fox #47

Follow the northern path out of San Celeste and then go to the west. It’s in the yard, next to a little wooden fence.

MAFIA The Old Country Mystery Fox #48

Close to the North Eastern tip of San Celeste, it’s found in a wheelbarrow in a yard that has two houses.

MAFIA The Old Country Mystery Fox #49

Follow the northern path out of San Celeste and then keep going to the right. It will be in the front of a house that is in the middle of a road.
