Magik AKA Illyana Rasputina was the 9th hero to be introduced to Marvel Rivals. She is a duelist who won’t hesitate to lean into her dark side.
Magik’s Magical Backstory
Illyana Rasputina AKA Magik was born in Russia with mutant abilities to create portals. She learned socrcery and pairing this together with her mutant abilities made her quite the opponent!
When she isn’t kicking butt she can usually be found ruling Limbo, the nether realm she can teleport too.
Abilities, Skills, and More!
Magik is a duelist that has a three-star difficulty. She starts with 250 health and comes with some amazing magical-Esque abilities.
Soulsword – Use Magik’s soulsword to slash some enemies.
Darkchild – Magik uses this ability to transform into Darkchild, her demonic form. It enhances her abilities.
Stepping Disc – This move lets Magic teleport a short distance.
Umbral Incursion – Using this move, you can dash ahead and launch your opponents into the air!
Eldritch Whirl – After teleporting with the help of a stepping Disc, you can do a fancy spin with your Soulsword at the enemy.
Magik Slash – A simple yet powerful move that lets you slash at an enemy.
Demon’s Rage – Call upon the help of a Demon from the nether realm of Limbo.
Limbo’s Might – Use this move so Magik take the damage that is inflicted on enemies and give herself some bonus health!
Disc Master – Team up ability with Psylocke and Black Panther.
Tips and Tricks for Playing as Magik
Magik’s health is low so it won’t take long for her to become overwhelmed. Have her take out one enemy at a time, sneaking up on them and taking out her enemy before they realize what happens!
