Marvel Rivals – How to Play as Squirrel Girl

Squirrel Girl was the 29^th hero to be introduced to Marvel Rival’s roster. She is a duelist with the abilities of a common squirrel.

The Not-so Tragic Backstory of Squirrel Girl

By day, Squirrel Girl AKA Doreen Green is a computer science student at Empire State University. (Interestingly enough, I went to the same school! Too bad I don’t have squirrel powers…) By night, she is a superhero fighting crime with Tippy Toe her BFFF.

It’s not a typo. BFFF stands for Best Furry Friend Forever.

Her motto is Eat nuts and kick butts. She uses nuts to kick the butts of her enemies, never backing down.

But as with all superheroes she comes with abilities and skills.

Let’s dive into that!

Abilities, Skills, and More—Oh my!

As previously stated, Squirrel Girl is a duelist. She has a low difficulty level (1 star) so she’s not a difficult character to learn to play.

Her health starts at 275.

Ability-wise there are six total abilities Squirrel Girl can use in a battle.

Burst Acorn – Shoot a bounceable acorn that bursts on impact! Causes 110 damage.

Squirrel Blockage – Using this ability lets you call upon your squirrel army to imprison the enemy. 8 seconds cooldown.

Tail Bounce – Fly, fly, away by bouncing on your tail! 12-second cooldown

Mammal Bond – This lets you reload your burst acorn ability without needing to use any cooldown.

Webbed Acord – If Spiderman happens to be on your team count yourself lucky! This ability creates a web bomb that causes up to 80 damage!

Unbeatable Squirrel Tsunami – Call upon your squirrel army once again to deal up to 150 worth of damage to the enemy.

Good ‘ol Tips and Tricks For Playing Squirrel Girl

It’s good to remember that Squirrel Girl is best to play from a distance. Her strengths are from the strong damage her abilities create and ability to control an area!

For example, Burst Acorn can hit multiple abilities at once! The Squirrel Blockade alone is great for blocking enemies

Some might scoff or brush off Squirrel Girl as weak, but the trick is making the best of her ability. Underestimating her will be the worst thing her enemies can do.
