Marvel’s Spider-Man : Tombstone – What’s He Building In There.. (Side Mission) Guide
Side Missions are basically optional side objectives that players can unlock and complete if they fancy taking a break from the main story for a bit.
In order to find one of these side missions you will need to locate the small blue diamond type icons or markers that are scattered throughout the map. Once you have managed to find one simply speak to the quest giver, NPC, to begin.
A lot of these side missions either require you to fix networks, complete uploads, and of course defeat a ton of mean angry men along the way.
Each side mission has its own set of rewards, which usually includes additional XP. Completing all of these side missions will unlock the Friendly Neighbourhood Spiderman trophy achievement.
More side missions become available as you continue to progress through the main story.

SIDE MISSION: Tombstone – What’s He Building In There…
DISTRICT: Harlem
REWARDS: 1500 XP

We can begin this side mission after we have completed the Tombstone – On The Move side mission. From there we can then head over to Harlem in order to continue..
Our first objective is to eliminate the surrounding threat. Once that is done we can then inspect the various chemical containers.
We can find these containers by the white van that we were chasing during the Tombstone – On The Move side mission. Apparently the containers contain Diox-3, which is what Tombstone was exposed to when he was younger.
Suddenly Biker will show up and we will need to take out the trash. After that we can then investigate an inhaler. We can find an inhaler by the bikes on the floor.
Inspect the inhaler and we will find an unknown substance, this will then lead to a spectograph puzzle.
After we have successfully completed the puzzle we will then find out that the inhaler carried the Diox-3 chemical.
Inspect the white truck again and we will need to create a counter-drug. Using the supplies at the truck Spiderman will then manage to create the counter-drug and the mission will come to an end.
