The Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance To Cure a Curse Quest is given to you by Andras in the Minato Region. You’ll have to find and defeat 5 Bicons in order to obtain the Bicon Horns he needs. This guide will cover where to find Andras, and the Bicons, and the best way to defeat them.
Beginning To Curse A Curse Quest
The To Cure a Curse quest giver, Andras, can be found at the top of the mountain next to the Kamiyacho Leyline Fount. Take the winding path to the top to find him. Andras is a tall demon with a human body, bird head, and wings so he isn’t hard to miss.
Andras tells you that he needs to make a special potion for hexing before his work starts to suffer but he doesn’t have all the ingredients. He asks for your assistance. When the pop-up to accept the quest appears, select “Yes”.
Andras will then ask you to find 5 Bicon Horns for him. There is a chance you may already have some on you, in which case you can easily hand them over. If not, then you will have to go hunting for them.
Where to Find Bicon Horns
Bicons are located in the same region, not too far from Andras. From Andras, turn around and take the narrow path on the right. Follow the path to the end, where it opens up to a wide desert. Jump off the cliff to reach the area down below and head to the right. You’ll find Bicons running around near a ruined stone building. They look like horses with white manes, but they have horns similar to an antelope’s.
Bicons are Level 14 and have 172 HP. You fight 2 Bicons at a time. They are weak to Lightning and can be defeated in 1-2 powerful hits. More Bicons appear in the area and, since you fight 2 at a time, you’ll most likely end up with 6 Bicon Horns by the time you’re done.
Finishing To Curse a Curse Quest
Once you have 5 or more Bicon Horns, a pop-up will ask if you wish to use the return pillar to return to the last visited leyline fount. Select “Yes” so you can get back to Andras as fast as possible. He is standing right next to the portal. Approach him and a pop up asks if you want to hand over 5 Bicon Horns. Select “Yes”.
Andras thanks you and requests that you bring any more Bicon horns that you collect to help him.
You receive a Fallen Talisman, Spirit Drain Gem x2, 700 EXP as rewards.
