Shinobi Art of Vengeance Lab Keys are six collectible items that grant access to an optional boss. Defeating the Shadow Master unlocks the Revenge of the Master Ninja trophy/achievement and the Golden Ninja outfit.

Where to Find the Shinobi Art of Vengeance Lab Keys
In Shinobi Art Of Vengeance the various Lab Keys can all, usually, be found inside of treasure boxes scattered across multiple different mission chapters. With some exceptions needing Elite Squads to be found and defeated first
Lab Key 1 – Fish Market
From the Fish Market Freight checkpoint, go left and use the moving platform containers. Jump down from the last platform and collect the lab key from the chest.
Lab Key 2 – The Mountain
To get the Mountain lab key, you need to defeat all three Elite Squads in this level. The first one is at the Waterfalls checkpoint. The second is at the Foundry checkpoint. The third is at the Excavation Site checkpoint.
Lab Key 3 – ENE Corp Laboratory
From the ENE Corp East Lab checkpoint, proceed right and use the elevator platform to go up one level. Keep going right and take the tunnel up. Take the elevator platform and make your way up. Go left and descend three levels to find the chest containing the key.
Lab Key 4 – The Assault
From the Assault Throne Room checkpoint, go left and cross the area with the spikes. Drop down one level and pass through another area with spikes to reach a safe location. You have to cross another spike area, this time using the hook. You will find the chest with the key at the end of this path.
Lab Key 5 – The Shop
The lab key is available for 10000 gold from the shop. You need to collect all Oboro Relics to unlock it.
Lab Key 6 – Ruse’s Limbo
Defeat the last boss, Lord Ruse, and get the key as a reward.
How to Unlock the Revenge of the Ninja Master Trophy
Once Joe has all six lab keys, go to the Containment Lab checkpoint in the ENE Corp Laboratory. Move left and use the elevator platform to go down. Interact with the computer to summon the Shadow Master secret boss. Defeat him and get the Golden Shinobi costume and the Revenge of the Ninja Master gold trophy achievement.
