Solasta: Crown Of The Magister – Quest For Information (Side Quest) Guide

Game Guides

Solasta: Crown Of The Magister features quite a few different side quests and of which are often put into their own category.

We have the Main Story QuestsSecondary or Side Quests and of course the basic Tutorial Quests. These can also be unlocked by talking to various different NPC and continuing through the main story. You can then view the quest and the quest’s description through the Journal

For this specific page we will be focusing on the Quest For Information – Side Quest. This particular quest involves searching for clues on the Manacalon era

  • QUEST NAME: Quest For Information

  • GUIDE:
  • This specific side quest will pop up automatically when you enter The Ruined Tower
  • We will be tasked with trying to find information regarding the Manacalon era
  • Anyway defeat the ‘Unknown Humans’ and enter The Ruined Tower. As soon as you enter you will be tasked with finding a total of 4 clues regarding the Manacalon era
  • Okay continue through the tower until the game teaches you about torches automatically turning on when you approach them. Here you should also be at a fork too, turn right at this fork in order to reach a blue coloured air of some kind and a boulder
  • Now push this boulder in order for it to get swept up and allow us to pass
  • We will now be at the door we need to open in order to continue the story, sadly we cannot open it just yet though but we can play with the magical ball here so that the party knows we cannot use the door at present
  • Oh well, with that lets backtrack back to the fork at the doorway and this time go left
  • Follow the ladders down to the lower platform and then the next set of ladders back up again
  • We will now be at yet another blue air and boulder, for now we cannot touch the boulder, well we can but we need to reach it first
  • So jump over the small gap where the air is coming from, don’t worry it won’t affect us. Now we can make our way over the boulders
  • One of these boulders is blocking our way to the ladders and to the lower section so go ahead and push this one into the blue air or is it green air hmmm… Maybe I’m colour blind..
  • After pushing this boulder we can now use the ladders to reach the lower platform
  • We will now be at yet another boulder, you know what to do..
  • Pushing this last boulder will now give us a path that we can use to reach the statue
  • Examine the statue to obtain Clue 1
  • Continue along the path now heading left in order to find a book
  • Examine the book to receive Clue 2
  • Now hop back over to the middle platform where you jump over from and follow it North
  • You should now notice 2 pillars that we can use to form bridges
  • Push the pillar on this platform over and then use the ladders to do the same with the pillar on the lower level
  • Now cross the newly formed bridge pillar to reach yet another statue
  • You may want to switch to ‘Caution Mode’ in order to find a hidden trap here too
  • Anyway examine the statue here to get Clue 3
  • Continue on and after your fight against a bunch of spiders we can collect our final clue
  • The final clue if you haven’t guessed by now will come from examining this next statue, so go ahead and examine the statue and get Clue 4

  • This ruined tower could be a mine of information about the Manacalon era.
  • Find a clue about the possible owner of the tower
  • You have examined a statue of an elf woman, possibly the tower’s owner
  • Find a clue about the tower’s purpose during the Manacalon era
  • You found an ancient spellbook. This might have been a tower of magic, where apprentice wizards were trained
  • Find any oddity that might distinguish this tower from others in the Badlands
  • You have found a statue of a reptilian – or even draconic – humanoid of an unknown species
  • Find any information that could suggest when this tower was in use
