Sword Of The Sea Chapter 2 – Lost Grotto Collectibles And Trophy Guide

This Sword of the Sea Chapter 2 guide shows you where to find all the collectibles in the second chapter, Lost Grotto. We also have two animal trophies to unlock. Let’s see where they are hiding!

Sword of the Sea Chapter 2 Collectibles and Trophies

In Chapter 2, Lost Grotto, we can find:

8 Ocean Seeds unlocking the Cleansed the Lost Grotto trophy.
1 Trick Track Area counting as progress for the Trick Attack Seeker and Trick Attack Expert trophies.
Bullfrog unlocking the Bullfrog trophy.
Archelon unlocking the Archelon Rider trophy.
11 Secret Shells unlocking the Lost Grotto Shell Collector trophy.
4 Stele counting as progress for the Wisdom of the Ancients trophy.

Sword of the Sea Lost Grotto Collectibles and Trophies

Ocean Seed 1

From the spawn point, go right to find the first water point. Make another right to collect the water globule and use it to activate the Ocean Seed.

Ocean Seed 2

Follow the water path through the door and turn left after the stairs.

Stele 1 – Not All Wars Have Victors

Turn right, ride through the lanterns, and enter the secret area to collect the first Sword of the Sea stele in Chapter 2.

Secret Shell 1

Follow the path to reach the rooftops above the stele and enter the alcove behind the sand fall.

Stele 2 – The Great Dolphin

Go left of the door and find the stele on the bridge.

Ocean Seed 3

Collect the water bubble in front of the door and go right, following the flags.

Ocean Seed 4

After the gate lowers, enter the unlocked area and take the water bubble. Ride through the nearby group of lanterns, jump on the roof, glide along the wall, and do another jump.

Secret Shell 2

Go through the door that just opened and drop down.

Ocean Seed 5

Follow the main path.

Stele 3 – The Lost Grotto

Go up on the kelp and, after you reach the rooftop, enter the building in the middle.

Exit the building with the stele and drop down one level.

Ocean Seed 6

Interact with the four mechanisms to open the door and go left to grab the water globule. Return and activate the water point.

Stele 4 – The Champion

In the same room as the Ocean Seed.

Ocean Seed 7

Go up the sand ramp in the same room as the Ocean Seed.

Ocean Seed 8

Use the jellyfish jump point to reach the rooftop and float up using the kelp.

Archelon Rider Trophy

Jump and land on the back of one of the turtles that spawned after activating the water point.

Secret Shell 4

At the top of the shark statue.

Bullfrog Trophy

Cross the narrow bridge and go up.

Trick Track Area

Ride the chain and drop down on the bridge below to reach the second Sword of the Sea Trick Track Area.

Secret Shell 5

As you stand facing the door you unlocked for Ocean Seed 6, drop down to the lowest level and find the shell in the open building.

Ride the chain to reach the building and find the Secret Shell in a small tunnel below.

Secret Shell 7

Follow the water path, use the kelp, and drop down from the side of the building.

Return to the water path, go up the kelp, ride the chain, use the kelp on the left, and follow the left ledge.

Secret Shell 9

Ride the chain and follow the rooftop path to reach the first section of the area and enter the open building next to the wall.

Secret Shell 10

Go along the rooftop, float up on the kelp, make a right, jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Go up the kelp, jump to reach the kelp ahead, and make a right to land on the ledge. Along the ledge, you will find a cave hiding a Secret Shell.
