The Duke of Balaton is another V Blood carrier that becomes available after you have completed the Blood Hunt mission
From there we can then begin searching for The Duke of Balaton
The Duke of Balaton is a level 62 mission quest that can be collected by interacting with the Blood Altar. The same way as we did to search for the Alpha Wolf
By interacting with the Blood Altar we can then proceed to track and search for our target.
The Duke of Balaton resides north of the Cursed Forest, over at the Swamp of Greed.
As the description mentions, the Duke of Balaton is, in actual fact, a large toad type creature. That has the ability to do toad type abilities, including being able to leap and reveal its rather gruesome long tongue.
The Duke is also able to summon its Cursed Spitter Toad minions.
MISSION SUMMARY
The patriarch of a family that once held land when these swamps were adequately inhabited. Over time, the cursed land twisted them, leaving this terrible, twisted toad that only remembers its lust for gold and jewels. Its jealousy guards its hoard of forgotten, worthless currency.
