How to Fast Travel in Where Winds Meet

Where Winds Meet currently has two major regions: Qinghe and Kaifeng. In future updates, the map is expected to expand further. Luckily, players don’t have to walk across the entire region on foot. Where Winds Meet offers plenty of fast travel options that allow instant travel to different locations. However, players will first need to know how and where to find them.

Here’s how to fast travel in Where Winds Meet.

Where Winds Meet Fast Travel

In Where Winds Meet, players can fast travel using multiple different methods.

Wayfarer

First off, the Wayfarer. The Wayfarers are NPCs who unlock major areas in both Qinghe and Kaifeng. Once interacted with, fast travel to them becomes available whenever needed.

Boundary Stones

Across the map, players will find Boundary Stones. For each sub-area in the game, there is a Boundary Stone that can be used for teleportation. Initially, these are greyed out on the mini-map, meaning they must first be unlocked by interacting with them. Aside from gaining access to fast travel, players will also receive Echo Jades, EXP, and exploration points.

We do recommend doing this early on, as this will make completing quests, farming items and collectibles, and doing mini-games a lot easier

How to Fast Travel

In order to fast travel in Where Winds Meet, players will have to unlock Wayfarers and Boundary Stones first. Open the map, click on the stones and wayfarer flames and tap teleport.

Another option available is the Wayfinder skill. Some mounts, such as Horskie, Spirited Courser, and Goose, have a special skill called Wayfinder. If a mount has this skill, players can simply select dungeons, NPCs, or areas, then activate Wayfinder. The mount will automatically travel to the selected location without needing to be manually controlled.

Alternatively, lightness skills can be used to fly. Although they require careful navigation, these skills can cover long distances, especially if Boundary Stones and Wayfarers have not been unlocked yet.
