One of the bosses in Metroid Prime 4 Beyond is Xelios, who can be found near the end of the Volt Forge chapter. Once you power up the three towers, go past the Tower Three Save station. We will then see the boss go down a chamber. It’s a tough fight, but pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it and the boss weaknesses and fight mechanics
How to Beat Xelios in Metroid Prime 4 Beyond Boss Encounter

The fight starts with the sphere boss shooting these green energy blasts. What you want to do is proceed and shoot at the green tiles to weaken them. Your goal is to destroy these green coloured panels on the boss so you can see and shoot at the pink orb inside, which will be revealed after enough damage has been dealt. With it exposed for the time being, shoot at it while dodging all blasts and hits that are being sent your way.
It takes some tricky footwork, but eventually you’ll get the hang of it. Unfortunately, Xelios will close in on itself and then literally disappear into the ground, sending a blue energy pulse towards you. Jump to avoid it.
Repeat the same process. Xelios will continue to go into the ground until, at one point, it stops and starts pulsating. The green blast of energy will hit you, and the only way to get out of it is to change into Samus’s morph ball form.
Finishing the Fight

By this point, Xelios is getting desperate but, nevertheless, you will want to keep shooting at the green spots on the sphere to expose the inner, pink core. At some points, Xelios will send a green, electric ball of energy at Samus. The best way to escape this blast is to just dash, which can help you dodge it.
This back and forth continues with you shooting and damaging Xelios’s XP before it lashes out with the orbs. At times, it will also go into the ground as it did before. When Xelios does get you in one of those shockwaves, remember to turn into the morph ball form.
When it’s health bar is low enough, Xelios will use some of its most dangerous moves yet. It shoots lasers at you, so do your best to dodge. However, its last attempt to gain the upper hand will be when it creates a yellow barrier around itself and you. Leave before it shoots out an exploding blast.
The best way to beat Xelios is through consistency. It’s a pretty straightforward fight once you learn the pattern.
