This hidden secret cutscene cinematic will unlock at Chapter 14 – In Search of Hope. Unlike with Tifa and Aerith, this is sadly the only hidden scene between both Cloud and Barret in the game.
The scene will take place at the start of Chapter 14 – In Search of Hope and will feature Barret talking about his fellow members of team Avalanche, including Finn who he regards as a lazy little punk and Al, the Intel guy.
In order to unlock the scene you will need to answer certain dialogue options with specific replies, a guide on how to do so can be found below…
HOW TO UNLOCK THE SCENE:
CHAPTER 2 – Fateful Encounters
SCENE – Aerith Introduction
DIALOGUE OPTION: I’m good > Don’t be stupid
CHAPTER 3 – Home Sweet Slum
SCENE – Tifa Drink
DIALOGUE OPTION: Not in the mood
CHAPTER 9 – The Town That Never Sleeps
SCENE – Aerith’s Outfit
DIALOGUE OPTION: It matter what I think?
If you do these steps correctly then you will be able to get this choice of scene during Chapter 14 – In Search of Hope.
