One of the trickiest achievements to unlock in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora is called ‘A Good Listener’. It requires you to collect 30 unique audio logs. However, there is never really a mention of what Audio Logs are, nor where you can find them, which has caused many players to give up on this achievement entirely. Luckily, there are a few methods that you can employ to make this achievement a little easier to complete.

Collect 30 Audio Logs
To complete A Good Listener, you must collect 30 different Audio Logs. An Audio Log is a small little box that contains a snippet of dialogue from various NPCs throughout Pandora.
There are over 30 audio logs throughout the map, so you don’t need to collect every single one to complete A Good Listener. Plus, only a couple are missable in the first place, so there’s really no time limit on when you complete it.
Upon completing A Good Listener, you will be rewarded with 36 points or a silver trophy. It’s necessary for 100% game completion, and luckily, is an unmissable achievement.
How to Complete a Good Listener
In honesty, there’s no easy method for completing A Good Listener. You basically just have to search every corner of the map, hoping you can find an audio log here or there.
The good news is that there are a lot more than 30 audio logs in total, so you only have to find a relatively small contingent. Furthermore, we do know the locations of seven audio logs, which will help you kickstart your progress.
Resistance HQ Locations
You can find a total of six different Audio Logs in the Resistance HQ. It’s worth noting that after Victory Celebration quest the HQ becomes unavailable. So it’s a good idea to pick the audio logs up before this quest. Otherwise, you run the risk of missing a few easy-to-find logs.
You will find the following Audio Logs in the Resistance HQ:
- Alma’s Personal Log: Back to TAP. Located in the main command center, just next to the main screen.
- Alma’s Personal Log: Supply Chains. Located in the maintenance room, on top of a metal canister.
- Alma’s Personal Log: Considering Ardmore. Found in the maintenance room on a small table. This is one of the easier logs to find when completing A Good Listener.
- Message for Anqa: Radio Parts. Found in the living quarters, on the top of one of the big cabinets.
- Daniela’s Personal Log: Forever on Pandora. Found in the Command Centre, on a cabinet by the cubicles.
- Message for Priya: Meteor Shower. Located in the locker room on the first floor of the HQ. You should see it on a shelf.
Other Known Locations
The only other known audio log location is in the Silk Woods:
- RDA Log: Cursed Stone Pillars? To find this audio log, you need to liberate the Gas Harvester Alpha Outpost. From here, head to the control center and you should be able to see the Audio Log on one of the desks.
Aside from this, the other Audio Log locations are unknown at the time of writing. So, to complete A Good Listnerer, you will have to explore some areas by yourself!
Tips on Completing A Good Listener
Here are a few key tips that should make completing A Good Listener a bit easier:
- Explore Urban Areas. Audio Logs are more likely to spawn in Urban Areas, like camps and mining areas, because that’s naturally where the NPCs congregate and leave their stuff! So, when trying to complete A Good Listener, focus on the built-up areas, and save the wild for your Bellsprig hunts.
- Explore During Story Missions. During the main story, you’ll be traveling all over the map to new outposts and buildings. These buildings are more likely to contain collectibles like Audio Logs because the game developers know that most people just blast through the mission and ignore everything else. Don’t make this mistake and make sure to check every room thoroughly for audio logs and other collectibles.
- Put A Good Listener On the Back Burner. Finding Audio Logs is a matter of luck more often than not. As such, it’s a good idea to just focus on other missions and trophy achievements, picking up audio logs as you go. Eventually, you will complete A Good Listener with your sanity intact!
