In Arknights Endfield, sanity is the main energy or stamina resource. With sanity, you can attempt combat challenges called protocol spaces. These combat challenges are important because the rewards let you level up.
How to Recover Sanity in Arknights Endfield
You will be pleased to know that sanity recovers automatically. 1 sanity refills every 7 minutes and 12 seconds. It can seem like a long process, so if you want to try to recover your sanity yourself, there are things you can do.
Recovery Items
One way to regain sanity is through sanity recovery items. This includes emergency sanity boosters. Using one recovers about 40 sanity. Keep in mind these are limited, so use them only when necessary. It is best to only use the items when you absolutely need them.
While it might be a pain, sometimes waiting is the best thing you can do!
Origeomery
Another way is to exchange Origeomery. You can gain 40 sanity for every one you spend. However, similar to emergency sanity boosters, this is limited because it is also used for banner pulls.
To get Origeomery, you can participate in the Originium exchange, story mission rewards, delivering Aurylene at TP points, Sub-Energy Allevium, and Operation manual rewards.
It is similar to using recovery items. Sometimes, it is better to just wait and let your sanity recover on its own so you can save these methods for another time.
Increasing the Sanity Limit
If you want to increase your sanity limit, the only thing you can do is increase your authority level. The cap on sanity grows each time you level up. It can be done by completing daily missions and clearing protocol space.
The system might seem a bit confusing at first, but once you learn how to navigate the sanity system, you will be able to handle it without breaking a sweat!
