Crystal Of Atlan has different game modes available to keep you busy. Some of them involve other players but that’s not surprising considering this is a multiplayer game.
Read on to learn about all the game modes found in Crystal of Atlan!
List of Game Modes
The game modes in Crystal of Atlan include Adventure Mode, Ranked Match, Co-Op Battle, and Challenges Mode.
Crystal Of Atlan Adventure Game Mode

Adventure Mode is the main story mode. If you want to unlock the other modes you need to progress along the main story. The zones for Adventure mode include:
- Valley Ruins
- Abyssal Purgatory
- Colossal Woods
- Wonderland
- Under District
- Chrome Military Factory
Each zones has three modes: story mode, elite levels (harder enemies but give you stronger resources), and abyss levels which you can only do after you’ve completed a zone.
Crystal Of Atlan Ranked Match Game Mode

Ranked Mode is a mode accessible at level 32 which sees you fighting against other players in a solo or three on three fight.
Once you are able to access this mode go to the Skyline Arena and talk to Wade. Or talk to him in Rhine simply. However you decide to do it, you’ll be issued a set of gear when going into tis mode. The PVP or ranked match gear can be upgraded by purchasing better gear through redeeming battle points at the shop.
But gear will be locked behind certain ranks, so to get access you need to rise up through these said ranks.
In ranked matches, your skills cost energy (white line under health care) so if you run out of energy just step back, don’t attack, and wait. Though do continue to dodge because you don’t want to get hurt either! Meanwhile with health, you get access to special quick recovery but it can only be used once.
The following tiers can be found in rank match:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
- Master
- Legend
Co-Op Battle

In Co-op battle there is currently one battle available at the moment called HexChess. It lets you have up to eight teammates but keep in mind the more players fighting along with you will equal how difficult the enemies are going to be!
The challenges include defeating enemies, completing puzzles, or completing tasks to be able to proceed forward.
Crystal Of Atlan Challenges Game Modes

Challenge mode will throw in a different twist to make your game play a little interesting. It includes:
- Duel of Bonds is where you have one versus one fights with NPCS that have already been met during the story! But there is a catch. you can’t use potions, revivals, or pets.
- Arena has four stages called: Qualifies, Elimination Round, and Final Round. To advance to the next level, finish the four rounds and beat the boss.
- Void Realm has four stages and each one gets harder once you complete the previous one. To make the boss battle a little less difficult, do a side quest/challenge to give you a buff.
- Tempered Trials sees you fighting against waves of enemies in this challenge. Beat one wave and another larger one spawns! During this specific game mode you will be fighting, not only waves of enemies, but also an in-game timer. That is connected to character morale. Defeating your opponents within this time limit is crucial to keeping your morale high and your character away from an instant wipe
- Golden Fleece Challenge will let you challenge yourself on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays where you need to beat an Abyssal Level boss in 90 seconds or less. On Tuesday and Thursday, you’ll collect three guarded keys. Then you can open a chest! Finally, the weekend requires you to kill as many enemies as possible in 100 seconds or less.
- Critical Conquest will see you fighting elite and Abyssal versions of missions that you’ve already faced.
- Training Ground lets you practice, discover how your character ticks, and basically acts as a tutorial so you can adjust to the combat of this game!
Go forth and play!
