Fantasian Neo Dimension Ultimate Rice Omelet Walkthrough

The protagonist, Leo, goes through Act 1 of the game without many memories from his past. The only thing he remembers is his fondness for a basic egg dish: the omelet. Sid, the bartender in En, is determined to make the Ultimate Rice Omelet, so he enlists Leo’s help in finding the ingredients in Ancient Hill.

How to Find the Egg for the Fantasian Neo Dimension Ultimate Rice Omelet

Make your way to Ancient Hill and continue on the main path until you reach the crates. Notice the rope and use it to descend.

The quest marker indicates that you need to reach the eastern hill. There is an Iris Quartz next to the crates. You might want to collect it before following the quest path to the south. Keep going until you get to the area where you fought the golem. Go on the bridge and make sure to save your game when prompted.

To get the egg, you need to take down the Giant Slime mini-boss.

How to Defeat the Giant Slime

You’ve encountered Slimes before, but this particular one is different. Once you hit it with an elemental attack, it becomes resistant to that elemental type. This is the main mechanic you have to deal with throughout the fight. Don’t even bother with physical attacks, as they don’t inflict that much damage.

Applying debuffs is the key to winning this fight. Valrika’s Crush and Leo’s Blade Break reduce the taken damage. Use these skills to keep the boss underpowered at all times. Prickle can take a support role. This strategy will ensure your survival.

The boss has an annoying resistance mechanic that it also uses against you after it takes a certain amount of damage. Start by hitting the boss with elemental attacks. Alternate as each successive attack with the same elemental type will deal less and less damage. Keep in mind that the boss will deal a lot of damage of the same elemental type you used on it. So, keep using those debuffs, have Prickle heal, and alternate your elemental attacks to defeat the Giant Slime.

After the boss is down, you can collect the egg and go back to Sid for your reward:

• A yummy rice omelet.
• SP Capsule.
• Diamond L.

You will also receive an Ancient Relic that will come in handy for a future quest with Ez. Don’t forget that a second omelet quest awaits. Sid has a brother in Vence who is bent on making an even better dish, the Supreme Rice Omelet.
