When you arrive at the main Operation Story Mission, Juan of a Kind, you will unlock the ability to use Amigos. Which are basically fighting companions.
Each Amigo comes with their own unique abilities and strengths. There is a total of 5 Amigo companions (7 if you include the exclusive Amigos) that you can recruit during the game. One of which is Chorizo, the adorable disabled dog.
In order to recruit Chorizo as an Amigo you will need to of completed the Operation Mission, Meet The Monteros
- From there you will then need to complete both Who’s A Good Boy? and Fetch Quest
- After completing both of those Chorizo will then become one of the Amigo companions.
- You can then order Chorizo to follow you and attack enemies using the directional pad (Playstation)

- Attention-Seeker
- Chorizo will use his irresistible charm to distract enemies so you can sneak past for surprise attacks
- Amigo Abilities
- Bloodhound – Chorizo’s keen sense of smell can tag nearby Crafting Materials
- Yes, You Can – Scratch that little perrito behind his floppy ears and receive his love (and some health regeneration in return)
- Keen Senses – Always on the hunt for a snack, Chorizo will occasionally dig some resources out of the ground.
