Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Vatican Ancient Relics Locations
Ancient Relic 1
You access the area below the Apostolic Library while working on the main quest. When you reach the locked gate, swim under it, and unlock it. The relic is on the table near the gate. Grabbing this relic will start the Riddles of the Ancients quest.
Ancient Relic 2
This relic is found after discovering the Warrior Giant’s Tomb as part of the main quest. You will have to jump in the water at some point. Before jumping, look above to notice the grapple point. Grab it and go down until you reach the tunnel. Jump over it to find the second relic.

From the location of the second relic, jump in the water and swim until you reach the room with the Blackshirts. Defeat them and exit the room. Keep going until you find a gap in the wall. Throw a lit torch through the gap. Go back to the main room, get the torch back, and use it to burn the barrier that blocks the way to the relic.
Ancient Relic 4
In the lower section of the Underworld, there will be an open area with several Blackshirts. Go to the upper floor and find the Antique Bust and the metal gates. Ignore the gate leading forward. Place the Antique Bust on the right plate of the other gate to open the room where the relic is.

Advance to the end of the lower section of the Underworld. Use the grapple point to climb the two wooden beams. Enter the room and search the northwestern side for the relic.
Ancient Relic 6
From the location of the previous relic, go down the stairs and pull the chain to unlock the gate. You will reach a hallway. Enter the second room on the left and notice the bust on the pedestal and another in the corner. Take the second bust and put it on the pedestal in the first room. Break the wall between the two rooms and place the first bust on the pedestal. The relic is behind the gate that just opened.

Enter the room before the one with the Gold Path Puzzle. Squeeze in through the gap in the wall and put the Ancient Bust on the plate to open the gate. Enter the unlocked room and get the relic.
Ancient Relic 8
Gina will open the locked door on the left in the Treasury of Esoteric Artifacts, allowing you to collect the relic.
Ancient Relic 9
In the Chamber of Tribulations, start the swinging blades challenge, and avoid the first blade. Jump in the pit to retrieve the relic.
Ancient Relic 10
To get the last relic, you have to complete the Secret of Giants fieldwork. Antonio will give you the relic as a reward.
